This is a great option for those who have already booked most of their vendors, but still need some assistance with designing the overall feel and look of the event (aka Event Design Concept).

  • Three in-person consultations (the third meeting will take place about a month before the event date) 

  • Event Design Concept: Develop up to 3 different inspiration boards

  • Scout and attend appointments with stationer, rentals, florist, baker, and lighting designer

  • Assist with the selection of invitation, stationary, and favors.

  • Attend food tasting and assist with selection of menu

  • Attend mockup of centerpieces with florist

  • Attend follow-up appointments with secured vendors

  • Discuss what has been planned so far and the remaining details that still need to be addressed

  • Review all your vendor contracts, seating charts and floor plan

  • Walk through of ceremony and reception sites and discuss where everything will be planned out for the day of the wedding

  • Develop event itinerary for bridal party and vendors

  • Discuss any last minute projects or issues that need to be addressed

  • Deposit reminders

  • Vendor contract review, follow-up calls to all vendors including confirming all the final details

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination and instruction, if needed

  • Gather programs, favors, guest book, menu cards, cake servers, etc during the rehearsal to be set up on the day of the wedding

  • Full Wedding Day Of Coordination Services included

  • Oversee the entire event from start to finish with an assistant
